65+ days prior to the scheduled arrival, the guest will receive a 50% refund
The circumstances above do not apply in the case of Holiday Bookings (between December 15th and January 10th). If any date of the booking falls between December 15th and January 10th, the full booking is 100% non-refundable and non cancelable, with no consideration of the cancellation request date.
