Casa Mezcla is a remodeled 19th century colonial house with 4 beautiful rooms (this listing is for 1 of the rooms) located in the capital of Yucatan. Under the Merida sun, the house offers a relaxing and tastefully decorated accommodation project.

The accommodation

The refined and traditional décor includes a king-size bed, a desk, 100% cotton sheets, towels and organic toiletries. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Guests loved: Guests love the beautiful, peaceful, and clean property with its charming design and communal areas, including a lovely patio, rooftop hammocks, and refreshing pool. They rave about the delicious breakfasts, the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, and the convenience of quick Uber rides to the city center. Guests also appreciate the friendly cats and the opportunity to connect with other travelers in the common spaces. Guests describe the hosts as kind, helpful, and responsive, offering great advice and creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Guests also appreciated the attentiveness of the mother-daughter team.
Downsides: Some guests found the location a bit remote from city center, though easily remedied with a quick taxi.

Where you’ll be staying

If you're traveling to or near Merida, Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport (MID) is the most common option, located just 20 minutes from downtown. There are other regional airports in the Yucatan, but MID is by far the most common.
