Beautiful first floor apartment in Colonia Escandon with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen and a terrace to enjoy a delicious coffee. This apartment is on the northern edge of Escandon, placing it just a few minutes by foot from the heart of Colonia Condesa. 

We love this area for its central location and places nearby, including Adamanta Climbing Gym and Felina cocktail bar. The property has fast wifi, is pet friendly, and there's both a washer and dryer in the building (outside the unit itself).
