Casa Nopal is a unique experience - combining two magical casitas, private pool, outdoor kitchen and beautiful courtyard. Wake up every morning to views of the Pacific Ocean before heading down the nearby steps to the soft sand and crystal clear waters of Playa Manzanillo. The property has been designed as a stylish, modern and Mexican experience. The two casitas of Casa Nopal are only rented together - ensuring exclusivity and maximum privacy for our guests.
PROPERTY FEATURES
• Two luxurious 2-Story Casitas rented only together.
• The first floor of each casita contains a kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom. Each second floor master suite features a queen size bed, tented palapa overhead, an oversized terrace with views of the Pacific and generous closet space.
• The bedroom suites are fully screened into the palapa with ceiling fans. The Pacific breeze and ceiling fans are our substitute for A/C. Guests have loved it.
• Casa Nopal is anchored by its courtyard - the heart of the home - providing guests with a stunning private pool, sun-lounges, palm trees, umbrellas and two bistro style dining areas on each lower terrace.
• The courtyard has multiple lounge areas to soak up the sun or relax with a good book as well as a an outdoor kitchen and BBQ — which will be available for you to make your own culinary magic.
• High speed internet and WiFi via Starlink (very fast).
• For guests staying longer than six nights, cleaning of the casitas is provided every seventh day of your stay.

• Casa Nopal is a 3 minute walk to Playa Manzanillo and a short taxi ride to all of Puerto’s greatest beaches, cafes, restaurants, local shops and nightlife.

• A gated community with paved roads (unlike most other quality properties located north or south of Central Puerto Escondido).

• Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the private pool.
• For guests traveling with small children, please be mindful of the balconies and spiral staircases.
