Guest access

✹ GENERAL: Self-check-in is a breeze using the Smart lock. There may be times when staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, property management company reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

✹ STAFF ON SITE: As is standard in Mexico, housekeeping staff does live on-site. Please note that 2 staff members live in the service area of the property. The service area has its own entrance through the garage, and it’s separated from the main living space. Guests have full and exclusive use of the main areas of the villa during their stay. 

✹ 24/7 check-in is available, with a custom keycode provided prior to your arrival. Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the private garage. Additional free street parking can be found nearby.

Other things to note

✹ Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours' notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.

✹ All guests must sign a rental agreement from the property manager, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive a Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. We reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

✹ Laundry Service can be arranged

✹ If you are planning a wedding or an event for a party larger than the maximum number of guests listed or are booking for commercial purposes, please contact us with details of your request so we can provide you with an accurate quote.

✹ Pets: This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional 50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a 200 USD security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check-out when cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a 500 USD fee.

✹ Security cameras: The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
